I GUESS THE RENT WAS TOO DAMN HIGH...

Jimmy McMillan, the head of the Rent Is Too Damn High Party faces eviction in his East Village apartment. The rent for his one bedroom home is $872 a month. According to the Naked Apartments Blog the median price for a one bedroom apartment in Manhattan without a door man is $3,094. It might be fair to say that HIS rent is not too damn high. Comparatively speaking, that is.
